It's a good company to start out in and get some basic business training/learn about the IT solution industry, but pay is low and upper management is stuck in the past with both compensation and WFH policies. Benefits are also just okay at best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is way below market average. SHI needs to compete or they will continue losing good employees to their competitors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Your direct manager will typically be helpful and understanding, upper management is a different story. Upper management has no transparency and comes off as toxic/there is favoritism.
