They are hard working and understand their value

We communicate well and solve problems within the team, even if management is often absent or unreachable
Hard working but easily discouraged naturally due to low pay. An $11 billion company should be able to pay more than 35k.

Lead by example and have empathy
Coworkers in your direct team are generally fine but overall culture discourages camaraderie.
