Your direct manager will typically be helpful and understanding, upper management is a different story. Upper management has no transparency and comes off as toxic/there is favoritism.

Just the pure motivation they give you but I feel like they’re just selling their company considering the process to get to account manager. There is basically a year training program before getting there. And Austin is pretty hard

Everything. There's very little communication between upper management and lower level employees, and most people are afraid to voice their opinions on anything because they fear upper management.
Give themselves less bonuses and pay the average employee a liveable wage.
