What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand our daily needs and treat everyone with respect.
They are supportive and engaging which is what is needed to be successful in a sales role

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give themselves less bonuses and pay the average employee a liveable wage.
Everything. Communication, comp, fairness amd equirt.
Everything. There's very little communication between upper management and lower level employees, and most people are afraid to voice their opinions on anything because they fear upper management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is fair for market

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more than minimum wage. Not being expected to work 9 hours a day. Not have micromanagers. PAY OUR WORTH.
More money for my work load
The gender pay gap is still a reality
If they even tried to meet the average pay for my position, and cared more about IT than Sales
workload and responsibilities do not match salary
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are nice. Leadership does not exist.
Collaborate and motivate with each other
Good team with all differnt backgrounds

We all commiserate together and we have each others backs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lead by example and have empathy
Coworkers in your direct team are generally fine but overall culture discourages camaraderie.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Humility and ambition, recognition of need for continual improvements
Its encouraging and safe environment where ideas are heard
The culture is fair and the coworkers are very noce
Open communication with team and coworkers
Everybody is a ridiculously helpful and goes out of their way to ensure problems get solved.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Letting the employees know more about the machinations of the company, adding more team building other than an annual BBQ
What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparent, and encouraging. Made me excited to be part of the team
I thought i was terribke at my interview but he gave me the benefit of the doubt

CEO and upper management continue to ignore employee needs, even after asking employees to fill out a companywide survey.
