I feel highly valued, considered in major decisions, and the people here are just great to work with. We have the perfect balance between fun and productivity.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with people from different departments/teams leading up to my meeting with the CEO. Every step of the process was productive and personable. I was very familiar with the company culture before my final interview which was huge for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I look forward to going to work every day because of these people. Yunha(CEO) creates an open, friendly, inclusive environment like I've never experienced. Everyone here is invested in the mission, happy to be here, and we have a great time working together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is hands down the best group of executives I've ever worked with. We meet regularly to discuss weekly learnings, review performance upward and downward often in a constructive manner, and have lunch with the whole team nearly every day. Inclusive environment, couldn't be happier.
