Our leadership team is hands down the best group of executives I've ever worked with. We meet regularly to discuss weekly learnings, review performance upward and downward often in a constructive manner, and have lunch with the whole team nearly every day. Balance! Our office has meditation pods and cozy places where you can go to reset. We meditate before team meetings. We respect non-work priorities that come up. We work fast and deal with alot of pressure, yet we approach problems constructively and this helps keep unnecessary stress to a minimum
