What did you like most about the interview process?
Personal touch, the CEO meets every new hire
I met with people from different departments/teams leading up to my meeting with the CEO. Every step of the process was productive and personable. I was very familiar with the company culture before my final interview which was huge for me.
The offer call. Simple Habit gets everyone in a room that you interviewed with and they go around stating the reasons they are so excited to work with you! It truly is a class organization.
Yunha, the CEO, was very invested in the process and went out of her way to ensure this was a strong fit for both of us.
