Our leadership team is hands down the best group of executives I've ever worked with. We meet regularly to discuss weekly learnings, review performance upward and downward often in a constructive manner, and have lunch with the whole team nearly every day. Inclusive environment, couldn't be happier.
Our leadership team is transparent and hard working. They lead by example and exude passion for what they do. They are not only inclusive but make a point of bringing the team together to ensure everyone is on the same page at all times.
Thoughtful, collaborative, hard-working, brilliant. No ego, no micro-managing. The Simple Habit leadership team is deeply invested in us. They encourage us to shape our own careers here. As long as we're willing to roll up our sleeves, take risks, learn and grow. I feel very empowered.
