Thoughtful, collaborative, hard-working, brilliant. No ego, no micro-managing. The Simple Habit leadership team is deeply invested in us. They encourage us to shape our own careers here. As long as we're willing to roll up our sleeves, take risks, learn and grow. I feel very empowered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is easily the best work team I've ever been on. We are a diverse group of individuals - our personalities, skillsets, interests and background. The one common thread is that every single person is respectful and sincere. They make me laugh daily; their unique perspectives challenge me to grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Balance! Our office has meditation pods and cozy places where you can go to reset. We meditate before team meetings. We respect non-work priorities that come up. We work fast and deal with alot of pressure, yet we approach problems constructively and this helps keep unnecessary stress to a minimum
