Overall, its a great company to be at. Currently some new management has been. added to the company that does not embrace agile, but lean towards waterfall (this is currently the only issue I have with the company); otherwise, creme de la creme of engineers (devs and QAs), TPMs/scrum masters

wish the company would convert long-standing contractors more quickly to full-time employment with benefits and better pay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company is working towards an agile mindset. They just need to retrain everyone on what it means to be agile.

most people want to see you grow and thrive; most of the management supportive and come with experience in the areas they manage; mistakes are viewed as an opportunity for growth not punishment
