Being transparent and honest. They have lied to their employees faces more than once.
I need help exposing wrongful treatment of certain employees like myself
Strategy especially with regards to streaming products
Disclose any privacy violations with your employees when they get hired and always provide HR info day one as well

Not to come from a place of superiority, talking down to people and threatening them.

communicating with their staff about updates to programs, a lot of the time we only hear about updates through customers that call in. Also, the leadership team doesnt take anything seriously when we have concerns
