Most ask a coding question (not super tricky, but be comfortable coding in Java or Python on a whiteboard), and a few design and high level questions. Some advice: (1) do your homework and learn about the company and product, (2) have good questions to ask the interviewer, and don't ask them all the same question, (3) be able to explain why you want to work at Pandora.
