Everyone is looking out for each other - whether it's a newbie question or a complex problem, the same zeal and kindness in answering is the same.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That is was difficult. I wanted to be probed about my experience. When I got the offer, I knew that they truly made sure I was who they wanted and because of their detail - I knew I'd be working with the best as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are dialed-in; very smart people with a huge focus on success and holding true to our values. They are always available and do not create tension. They give you the freedom to grow in your role, no matter how many years of experience you have. You couldn't ask for more...
What makes you most happy at work?
Working to support these folks because they make you want to care for them and for you to contribute and do your part. Skilljar is not some place to come in and let everyone else do the work - you do your part, but it's recognized and appreciated - which is what I really want most.
