The constant changes to make our jobs easier and really show our product to companies. The spiffs are fun too...gets us excited

We are all team players working together to achieve the same goal. we assist each other when needed and always willing to help out

It's not your typical office, so right off the bat coming to work is a different experience. I love my team and how hard they work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part is that we are treated like adults here. We are not micro managed and we hold ourselves accountable. Not your typical office which makes coming to work enjoyable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Made me feel like I was joining something that will eventually be the new norm...just like Amazon is the new norm for everythinggg. I was joining a family, not just a business.
