The leadership team is open to any and all feedback from all departments. Transparency is what keeps us focused on task.

It seems like we always have interesting fun promos that earn money outside of the typical base/commission/benefits package that other companies offer.

The interactivity of the interview was the best. Jack and Shea were very transparent during the entire interview so there were no surprises when the offer was delivered.

Everyone is focused on one thing. Get it done. That common goal is spread from department to department. The group is always collaborating to make sure that we exceed expectations.

Working with Dige is amazing. He has great sales experience from his previous roles and has been a staple with GovSpend for years. He is a great sales leader that can be approached for any situation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our meetups are positive. Now that we work remotely it is tough to get everyone together. GovSpend does a great job of arranging company happy hours that allow us to get out of the house and see each other in a social environment.
