Very good experience, I can see myself growing here for a number of years. I enjoy the environment but there is a very vague growth path set out in my division so it has been difficult to trust the managers when they say "trust the process", yet there is no structured growth process to begin with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to challenge myself and grow professionally. Increasing my knowledge about government procurement and building relationships.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
bottom level of base salary tier yet I am consistently performing better than others who have higher base.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I left the interview thinking I did not get the job, when I actually did well apparently. The interviewers did a good job off keeping me on my toes but it in turn left me feeling like a failed the interview and nervous about finding a job.
