Learning the GovSpend system has a learning curve; however, the training that the company offers, and the help that is offered by experienced coworkers is amazing. The company is filled with people who want to see their peers success, and in my experience, people are willing to lend a helping hand

Equity options for higher ranking individuals is something that I would like to see happen in the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good suggestions on how we can improve do not fall on deaf ears from anyone at any level in the company. The company is not stagnant and is always looking for ways to improve the services that we provide. The culture is very supportive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did not understand what the company did when went into the interview. Jack Siney, Ahmad Mustafa, and John Childs sold me on the vision of the company. They showed me the GovSpend system and explained the rationale behind it. I am excited for the company's future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Jack Siney is a very hands-on leader for the sales and marketing team. Jeff Rubenstein is a great ambassador for the company's brand. The company's team set up is a very unique way to create camaraderie amongst coworkers. The atmosphere of belief in the product that we have created is infectious.
