Im still fairly new, still quiet scared but I feel more confident each day. though im uncertain what my future with this company entails , I am certain that no matter the length of time I spend here, I a certain i will learn alot and grow in my abilities.

meeting with multiple employees and ability to reach out to HR with questions without being afraid to.

I feel comfortable to reach out and know my hand will never be slapped away or that a question is a dumb question.
What are some of the best things about your team?
First days are scary at any job. My team gives me the autonomy to learn on my own but is always close at hand should I need their expertise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the environment is one of solid team work and being comfortable with yourself. this not only boosts individual confidence but its effective at elevating the whole team once all the pieces are in place.
