I love this company. They are a startup and you can see where they came from and where they are going. The management knows what they are doing and they are willing to be open to new ideas and thoughts. This is a great company to work for.

Everybody is upbeat and always encouraging each other! You can't have a bad day. They just won't let you.

What's most positive is the positivity. It is intoxicating. Everybody is always so upbeat and always encourages those who are down.

I like their willingness to listen. They approach everything with an open mind and are willing to take a look at new ideas.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked their flexibility and willingness to work with my schedule, so that I did not have to take off work with my previous job to do the interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around my coworkers who just do not let you have a bad day. If you start to talk negatively they do things to encourage you and cheer you up.
