The sense of community and kindness. It doesn't matter what you do in the company, everyone is kind and generous.

Honestly the benefits are the best I have ever had and the stock compensations make me feel like I have some true investment in the companies future.

The relationships that I build with those I come in contact with. I feel that I really care for everyone and am excited to see people grow and develop.

The culture of our team makes it feel like a second family to me. They are all so kind and seem to care about what is happening in my life.
