My old jobs pale in comparison to working at Snap. Since joining the company, I have been doing some of my best work, I am generally happier, and I have a much better work/life balance. I sometimes have to pinch myself to be reminded that this isn't a dream!

I love how generously I am paid, along with all the perks that lower my monthly cost of living in New York City.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is super nice and supportive. I feel like I could walk up to anyone at the company and have a nice conversation with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Snap is very transparent, available, and welcoming. I have send DM's to our leadership asking questions or for advice and have gotten prompt and enthusiastic answers
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is so interesting and smart! I love to hear about what they like to do after work, they always have a cool unique side hustle!
