I've enjoyed every minute of my time at Snap. Although it's been difficult to start at a company during the pandemic and make connections, Snap has done a wonderful job with their flexible work policy while also encouraging people to get together in person if they feel comfortable.

The compensation here is on par or higher than other competitive tech organizations and the benefits provided go beyond you physical health but also include mental health as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Snap all lead with our values first and really care about the well being of the people this company employs. I feel they genuinely work at Snap because they want to make a difference in the world and not just sell a product but a product that makes things better.
