We share a fun creative energy and it feels like we're all working towards the same goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are frequently events to be a part of and get to know people outside of those I work with regularly, which would otherwise be very challenging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the openness to feedback & ideas. Sometimes the priority of progress seems a little low from leadership, but it seems like they always come back to it (possibly in response to figures reports & feedback from clients).
