We are given the tools to succeed in our positions. Our management is there, mostly, when we need them and usually bend over backwards to make sure the job gets done. This is the best company I have ever worked for. I only wish they were more competitive on the pay scale.
What did you like most about the interview process?

What makes you most happy at work?
Getting in the groove with our food production and offering great customer care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My experience is that Sodexo is severely lacking in the income department. Most comparable positions currently pay $15 per hour. The Benefits department is severely lacking. Recently we were switched from Blue Cross Ble Shield to AETNA that costs me more with less coverage.
