My coworkers witnessed first hand what was happening and apologized but slowly began to distance themselves to protect their jobs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Creating a work environment where minorities are treated fair and equal. Initially respected your leadership but immediately you began to displayed subconscious racial discrimination.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was multiple rounds to ensure they had the best pick. I didn’t know how to take it when they said they needed to hire someone who look like their frontline worker
