Communication with the company every week. Encourage taking ideas from employees for new or improving existing products.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's friendly. The company has managed to bounce back from some of it's dark days of 2017 in an incredibly surprising manner. Executive is very approachable. Nit: CTO also has a regular desk like other employees and not a fancy room.
