Horrible hours and expectations, extremely top heavy, and certain VPs don't act like they are God, the really believe they are. All you have to do to move up here, treat your employees and other departments like complete crap. That always works.

At least I know I'm not going through it alone.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop talking to and treating employees like they are stupid. Mind your tone, be professional, and understand that LIFE happens. Have some empathy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is relative, but it would be nice not to work your salaried and not salaried people 80 hours a week. People need a home life too.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Slim YOUR costs and put people in the field to work instead of us having 450 managers, 237 directors, and 150 VPs. Quit giving the executive team huge bonuses, expensive cars, and stock options and put money into operations, the bread and butter of this company.
