Pathetic excuse for a "No Tolerence Zone" Leads harass people lower than them and continue to show how uncaring they are. And no one in HR seems to be able to solve this issue. People with ADHD are forced to learn as quickly as others and then put down for not understanding fully. Just sad.

They should halt all production until the issue of harassment and bullying is handled with proper care.

It took me almost a year to be hired just to be treated like garbage by others.

Again, the harassment and bullying should be obsolete. There's no reason someone should feel less than human being here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Yes it sure does. It absolutely sad when leads are allowed to send others into anxiety attacks when they're doing their job the best they can.
