Overall Southwire is a good company but the delineation between laborers and management leaves a lot to be desired. The laborers generate all of the profits and the management splits the money leaving no incentive for the laborers to do better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation of machine operators should have a base pay and production bonuses just like every other part of the company. We should be paid bonuses based on higher outputs, to help morale and boost production.
