Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like them to pay for our Health Care premiums and not have deductibles.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Healthcare coverage is great and affordable.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are dedicated staff and teach by example.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding people and not underestimating their employees

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Grow to be a team. Not have a sense of 3 different factions in which you can't count/rely on your co-workers.
