I believe the experience for many employees was negative because of the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, I would say that the experience was positive. Many people I knew who once worked on the casino floor are now deleted. Forcing many people to take on jobs elsewhere or take other positions.

They are very accommodating to different cultures.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always work hard and try to be courteous and friendly to the guest.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy meeting new people and learning about them and their origins. These connections have enriched my life and allowed me to embrace the diversity of everyone I work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I feel the best way for a successful interview is to come prepared with answers to questions that may be asked, and also to have a few questions of your own are helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation and health benefits, and lunch/dinners. It was also nice when the quarterly meetings came around because this should be when employees SHOULD be frank about how they feel. However, it should be done professionally.
