Vacation and health benefits, and lunch/dinners. It was also nice when the quarterly meetings came around because this should be when employees SHOULD be frank about how they feel. However, it should be done professionally.

Made 20 a day in training takes whole everyone else made 150, did not need much training seeing as how I have over 20 years experience in the bingo industry and should have been hired as a bingo consultant because they sure could use some help drawing barely 10 people every morning at 9am session!
The pay scale is very inferior to other companies and compensation seems somewhat unfair.

well they say they treat you like family, but my experience was very disappointing I was excited to work there only to be treated not like family but Like an outsider, do you fire a family member for turning off 1 of let's say 5 tvs in the breskroom, I even asked permission n was told ok. Termed!

Maybe start really caring about there workers ... They act like they do but don't. If you need time off for emergencies it's no way unless you take the little vacation they give you.
