Fun oriented, Small communal tribe-like group. Very supportive of one another. Very laid back, and fun loving.

I tried so hard for so long to do a good job and get along and move up the ladder, only to have jealous and ignorant teammates cast me out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work as a team. Communicate. Don't be spiteful. Don't be worried about competition. Just get the job done. Learn. Don't think you know it all.

Lack of communication, slander, defamation of character, intimidation, micromanaging, constant drama
