On this team I can confidently speak my mind, throw suggestions out there, and ask questions without hesitation.

Knowing that everyday there is the possiblity of growth. I know that my career will grow in this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is fair, our benefit packages are some of the best I have seen, and the bonus structure is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like one large family. They do not have the typical structure of other companies. It doesn't feel "big brother" like which I think is very hard to find.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This leadership team has been one of the most supportive and caring that I have been led by. They push you to be the best version of yourself while giving you the professional resources to do so. I could not ask for a better leadership team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very informal which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was given the option to meet in person for my second interview or to do a virtual call which I thought was great - it was to what I was comfortable with. They were great at communicating to me through the entire interview process.
