i rate the leadership team as Ivory tower, the look down on the poor common employees, telling them work harder, work longer hours, for 10 to 12 dollars an hour. They pop in, ask what can they do to help, say they are working on it, and nothing changes.

We all work together as a team. Almost everyone is a team player. We all laugh and joke and get along. Team work makes the dream work. The team makes the job "fun". This is more than a job; it's a career. I love working with the team. Come join us.
Patrol is great, post officers are great but they are tired of being treated unfairly! OPs Managers make their own schedule and are never any help or to be found! Account manager and assistant account manager has no control iver OPS manager that iis making everyone not want to work there

They pay so low, the only people that are applying are people using this as a cover for "legitimate" income to cover money they earn illegally. I will say I do get pretty good sleep on third shift. if not in my car, I leave most night as long as I am back before morning shift change.

The people. You get to meet so many different people and the environment is peaceful. It is certainly stress free and it doesn't feel like a job. The culture and environment is amazing. Wish I would have joined Sunstates years ago.

Ms. Harden. She is so delightful. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Ms. Harden makes you laugh while getting to know you. Very personable. I was hired on the spot.
