I have worked for Sunstates going on 5 years. And it is fun to see who shows up to work each day
all of it , there is not one thing above the other.
The culture is built on ensuring those in your charge succeed.
Both are a very internal part of the success of the company. It makes coming to work very pleasant to come to work. Showing up in a positive mood makes the day go great.

The people. You get to meet so many different people and the environment is peaceful. It is certainly stress free and it doesn't feel like a job. The culture and environment is amazing. Wish I would have joined Sunstates years ago.
