The two things I would like to see improve is recruiting and wages. Security is customer service.

Increase in pay or other bonus compensations for the job and tasks being done. Especially during this Covid Pandemic.

The environment is designed bring out the best of each team member. There's multiple outlets that promote and encourage employee feedback.

The thing I like best about Sunstates Security is that you own your book of business. Accountability is rated high within the company.

The most important thing I liked about the interview process was it started on time and provided a clear job description that was goal oriented.
