I love being at work because I made few good friends.. I love my work too and I give my very Best... Its the Culture at work is not at all good.. Only one Community is dominating at Lead, Supervisor level.. Same community people are given the preference even though someone else is better than them.

No conversations, no meetings.. long breaks and no punctuality.. free life
What makes you most happy at work?
friends at work.. Working with them keeps me busy and always new thing to learn..
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works independently.. no supervision is needed...no one complains on exceeding breaks because everyone does the same.. Definitely Team Work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
diversity... you come across people from different culture and different countries and knowing them is fun.. People with different skill sets, definitely too many new things, new ideas to learn..
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR should do screening before hiring people.. Please with no Computer skills should not be hired as a Test Operator.. It really becomes difficult to train these people from scratch.. literally we have to train them on how to use a computer...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because preference is only given to one community.. The people who become permanent employees are from only one community. Also people who get promoted to next level belong from that same community even though they lack skills.. No one knows how to interact but still be at supervisor level..
