They are always honest, no matter what!
It's a great company. Managers seem to truly care about their teams (in my experience). The only downside is training, I spent the first year learning myself with little direction.

How's the vacation policy at SYNNEX?
There are better and the are worse. You max out after 3 years of service with 3 weeks of vacation. Vacation time is accrued throughout the year rather than getting an allotment at the start of each year.
Does SYNNEX have any remote positions?
There are positions that allow remote workers, usually an outside sales position covering a territory you live in.
I am an ex employee who worked for concentrix while it was located in Bremerton, WA. I found some Wells Fargo paperwork about retirement. I called the 1-800 number at Wells fargo and they directed me call the companies benefits department.
