I was threatened and verbally harrased at my location . I worked really hard for them every single while dealing with an illness and due to my limitations they transfed me to another location and did nothing about the altercation. The first day at my new location i was harrassed and cussedout again

Have a meeting in the office not the patking lot

Good pay but though my sales are high i still receive no compensation

They have employees that are verbally harassing and physically threatning and management allows this behavior to continue

To take care of the well bieng and safety of their staff. I personally feel my life is in danger
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about the well being of their employees. They have purposely endangered my well being for the sake of having bodies to work for them . They did nothing about the threats and continued to ignore anything that happened . The do not care about their employees
