Overall the company's good my fellow employees are awesome but the management however is on another level nobody knows what's going on on a day-to-day basis nobody knows how the pay works and in the end employee suffer from it
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody can get along and joke around periodically throughout the day which makes the day enjoyable we make customers experience the best that we can't with what we are given
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to hold managers accountable I need to explain to managers what the manager duties are so employees do not get hurt in the process more or less
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far the only good thing I can say about the leadership team of course not in our shop is it fact that when they make a mistake they own up to it however I manager recently made a huge mistake instead of owning up to it he's blaming the employees
