Hateful and unfulfilling. Always worried about getting fired for no reason
Working is fun and engaging except for the fact that management is politically driven with nepotism as a normal occurance. Will still definately suggest working at Tata Communications for HR professionals and freshers who want to start their carriers in telecommunication
