Leadership has no access to ground level reality. They live a fairytale

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, the decision for promotion should be with business HR and not with reporting manager. Reporting manager plays god and at times throws the policy and rules outside the window
Don't fire the top producing people.
variable bonus pay calculated unfairly with bias towards holding back full amounts
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's fun to hang out with the team. However very less are inclined towards personal or professional growth
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
more team bonding, official interaction
individual work needs to align with company goals, not indiv KRAs. personal advancement too often comes at the cost of doing the right thing

Freedom to work, to propose new ideas
Focuses on innovation, incentivises collaboration between peers and offers flexibility to pursue new careers and roles

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the revolving door of employee's
either centralize or decentralize, but do it across the board. half one side and half other just tears apart any working relationships.

Nature of work and freedom to plan my own schedule
Freedom to lead and explore new ideas that can potentially impact business in a meaningful way
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything. The company is an absolute nightmare.
People work in Silos, frequent restructuring, layoffs
too disconnected, excluded. decisions happen and not shared. talk of indiv empowerment and initiative is misleading.
