I believe my personal leader and leader above are wonderful at their jobs. They go to bat and highly support my needs.

Our benefits package goes far beyond what is typically offered at companies. They take care of health, vacation, mental wellness, professional development, and then all the normal things other companies offer too.

Our team is made up of the highest caliber of people who are experts in their areas. We work well together and genuinely care about how we can live our best lives while working remotely.

Our team is ambitious and level -headed. We work incredibly hard to give a good name to the face of TaxJar. The support of my team has gotten me through difficult times and I'm very grateful to have them.

Our leadership team is not only intelligent, but they make continual decisions that are the best for our employees. They care about each member of the team as individuals, and ensure that as a whole they are steering us in the right direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our remote work allows us to focus not only on doing a good job for our company, but also to do a good job in life. Ive found that the two should not be mutually exclusive, and instead success in one gives success to the other.
