I love the work, the challenges and and finishing things. The benefits and help we provide our customers.

In the past the company hired based on skills, talent and if you fit with the culture. It was all inclusive and we had a diverse group of people. Since the new diversity/inclusion came about the company has taken to championing a specific group of people, this is no longer diverse or inclusive.
