What makes you most happy at work?
I love it when I can improve a task or process for a coworker and make their day-to-day a little simpler.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are clearly designed to take care of me as a person, as opposed to being designed to check some box on a list of obligations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No egos. Although our teams are diverse, we're all dedicated, hardworking, intelligent people who want each other to succeed. We work well together and somehow all get along great, despite only meeting in person twice a year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I trust them. It's clear that they take great care in communicating with the rest of the company, ensuring we understand their decisions and thought processes. They're straight forward when when discussing challenges and frustrations, which helps me believe they're genuine when celebrating victories
What did you like most about the interview process?
The mutual assessment period is the best part of the interview process. Potential employees work - paid- on a contracting basis for at least two weeks. This lets both parties get a feel for how they'll work together. You learn much more when you actually work together than you do answering questions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work hard to support each other. We treat each other like human beings, celebrating victories and working together to solve problems. We trust each other to work hard, and we encourage each other to rest and live life - especially during challenging times when we might not want to step away.
