Continual improvement. Sharing knowledge. Allowing cross team knowledge to prevent silos

They seem to be honest about not always knowing and genuine about wanting to work together to create solutions
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we care about the quality of code and improving as developers. Lots of bright people to learn from.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to contribute. Having a tasks at a level of difficulty where its tough but achievable (within reach). Having a wide range of projects to work on/not getting stuck doing the same thing all the time. Freedom to schedule myself.
