They are approachable, friendly and entirely open to questions no matter how small. They are inclusive regardless of how long you have been with the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not so much what it is but all of it together makes me know I am appreciated. Also this is the first time I have had health insurance with any company. Kinda a big deal!
