What makes you most happy at work?
The pay is relatively decent but not so much that the sheer corporate and set nature of the place does not crush you. As for happy at work it hasn't happened yet - each day has been "just keep your head down and work"

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It would be fantastic to see it a bit more organised and for the "test" provided to be an actual test of skill as opposed to a weak hypothetical situation with an obvious course of action printed out a half hour before the interview is due to commence.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The Corporate nature of TCT Mobile has lead to very stuffy, unrelaxed and set-in-it's ways culture where suggestions for improvements cause panic in management and get buried or ignored. "We've always done it this way" type of thinking
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The general attitude form management was impatient, impolite and uncooperative. Expectations were incredibly high with no guidance, feedback or means to measure performance other than the managers opinion on an employee which is greatly affected by the managers view of the employee under scrutiny
