The trust they give everyone - no matter what level you are at, or how tenured you are in your career, they empower their employees to do what they think is best for the business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency has been quite shocking. We have weekly fireside with our CEO where employees have the opportunity to ask him questions about the company (anonymously for those that are not that comfortable). Also the fact that there is a pretty flat structure, there's no red tape to get stuff done.
